WHAT IS PLANTAR FASCIITIS?
Plantar Fasciitis is one of the most common injuries that affects the heel of the foot. It can be a chronic problem that occurs when the plantar fascia ligament that runs from your heel through to the sole of your foot becomes thickened and inflamed. This results in pain underneath the heel that can be quite persistent.
